Directions: Muddle the strawberry and basil leaves in tall glass. Do not go crazy, just mash the leaves enough to release the flavor and aroma. After, fill with ice. Add gin and lemonade to a shaker or separate tall glass filled with ice. Shake the gin and lemonade together, and then strain from the ice into prepared glass with basil and strawberry. Top with a sparkling water or club soda, garnish with a slice of strawberry and a stem of basil micro greens. Bottoms up!
