Sorrel Fizz

2 oz brandy
1 ½ oz lemon juice
1 bunch sorrel micro greens
1 tbsp Sugar
1 egg white

Directions: Chill a martini glass with ice and water. Add brandy, lemon juice, sorrel micro greens, sugar and egg white to a shaker. Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds (you may also choose to use a blender at low speed) Dump out ice water from martini glass and pour drink mixture into glass (the egg whites should have created a foamy fizz on top). Garnish with a stem of sorrel micro greens and bottoms up!
