Avocado and Micro Green Basil Pesto Sauce

Serving size:
 1/2 cup

½ avocado
4 grams basil micro greens
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Directions: In a mini processor or blender, blend the avocado, micro greens, lemon juice, and garlic while adding the oil a little at a time until fully emulsified.
